Episode Overview
At the Sumoran Embassy, President Eva Parada hosts a reception for major U.S. corporations, hoping to sign lease agreements for new branches in her country. But the rebel group "The Revolutionary Forces of Sumora" opposes this fiercely. Blue Thunder provides ground and aerial security, but they're tricked by a fake out-of-control civilian plane. Meanwhile, Bubba and Ski are distracted by Gretchen Terrell, a stunning woman they met at an airshow who offered skydiving lessons. She secretly parachutes onto the embassy grounds, planting explosives that cause heavy damage. Despite the blast and the rebels' threatening warning, Parada and the corporations refuse to back down. Captain Braddock fumes over how his "world-class surveillance unit" missed it all.
