Episode Overview

After their breakup, Louise is resolute about rekindling her romance with Andy and devises a strategy to win him over. However, Andy struggles with Spencer's increasing presence in Louise's life. Lucy is not happy when Spencer shifts his attention to a mysterious girl from California, leaving the Chelsea girls behind. Despite Phoebe's harsh comments, Fran and Alex plan a private meeting. Meanwhile, Jamie flirts with Lucy, putting himself in a precarious position.
