Two siblings typically enjoy their free time playing hockey on the 13th floor of their apartment building. One day, they discover that the usual elevator operator is missing, and to their surprise, the floor has been transformed into a workshop for a company making toys and games. However, the creations coming from this place are anything but ordinary and seem to originate from another realm.
