Kevin McCloud visits artists Indi and Rebecca, who aim to construct a contemporary home wrapped in larch on the Isle of Skye, complete with a hand-crafted studio adjacent to it—all while adhering to a strict budget of £150,000. Having saved for years, they face the daunting challenge of battling harsh weather conditions and overcoming the doubts of local residents. To add to their struggles, much of the construction will be handled by a single local builder, Donald.
