To immerse himself in traditional cattle-raising practices, he joins gauchos at a working estancia, experiencing one of the most genuine barbecues of his life. A stop at a truckers' cafe leads to a revelation about cooking with fire. His journey culminates at a renowned restaurant in Mendoza, where beef is treated as a culinary masterpiece. Here, amidst the restaurant's seven fires, John receives his final insights into the art of cooking steak.
