Colin is determined to escape the country and plans to sneak aboard a ship. He persuades Claudia, his former art dealer, to wire him $10,000 for the fare. Meanwhile, Valerie enlists Jonesy’s help to find Colin, who sends her a charming FBI agent. Carl throws an extravagant 21st birthday party for Steve on the Queen Mary, inviting all his friends. To Steve's delight, Andrea surprises him by flying in for the celebration. David and Donna compile a video birthday message from those who couldn’t attend, but when they reach out to Brenda (who is touring in Scotland), they hear back from Dylan.
