Episode Overview
A shocking newspaper article connects Congressman McVane to a young girl in Washington, and he soon realizes that Alexis is behind his public disgrace. Meanwhile, Kirby discovers she is pregnant, prompting Adam to worry about the arrival of his former doctor, Dr. Billings, who is coming to Denver for a convention. Tensions flare between Krystle and Alexis as they argue over Fallon, leading to a physical fight that culminates in them tumbling into the lily pond, throwing punches. Blake intervenes, separating them and comparing their behavior to that of "common mud wrestlers." Mortified, Krystle decides to leave and checks into La Mirage. Alexis orders Joseph to drain the pond to find her lost diamond earring, threatening to reveal Kirby's mother's secret if he refuses. Later, a devastated McVane confronts Alexis in her office, issuing a chilling threat against her life.
