Episode Overview

Jeff bursts into Alexis' office, accusing her of trying to poison him. Despite her protests of innocence, he demands she relinquish her shares in Colbyco. After a break-in attempt at Alexis' apartment, Mark steps in as her bodyguard. Meanwhile, Adam's doctor in Montana explains to Alexis that the substances he used in his youth could impair judgment. Alexis then informs the board that the abrupt cancellation of the merger stemmed from her view that Denver-Carrington was lacking in creative development. To her surprise, Farnsworth "Dex" Dexter, the astute son of a board member, kisses her passionately and proposes a business alliance.
