Episode Overview

After acquiring the publishing company responsible for releasing Caress' book, "Sister Dearest," Alexis relishes the chance to shatter her sister's dreams of becoming a literary sensation. Meanwhile, Jackie discovers that her birth certificate lists her father as "unknown," leaving her heartbroken. Dominique is summoned to testify at Blake's trial but is too rushed to explain things to Jackie, who ends up in tears. Ben, eager to claim the inheritance he feels he deserves, accuses Blake of deliberately turning their father against him. As those closest to Blake reveal damaging truths about his rise to power, his case initially stands strong—until Alexis takes the stand against him.
