Episode Overview
Blake is compelled to sell his shares in Denver-Carrington to prevent any conflict with his political ambitions, leaving him to ponder who in the family should take over the reins. Fallon, upset that Jeff revealed her alien experience to Blake, coldly declines his invitation to join him in New York. Seizing upon Jeff's emotional state, Leslie boards the Carrington jet, claiming to be there for business related to Alexis, and travels with him to New York. Meanwhile, Fallon, acting on Dex’s advice, calls Jeff to mend their relationship but is heartbroken when Leslie picks up the phone. Blake catches Steven reprimanding Josh Harris for poor performance on the field and is impressed by Steven's assertiveness. Sammy Jo grapples with her conflicting emotions for both Steven and Josh, and as she visits Josh's apartment, she struggles with the decision to stay. Shortly after she departs, Skip Maitland, the former quarterback for the Monarchs, arrives.
