Overview

A vibrant teen sitcom that aired on Nickelodeon from February to December 2012, How to Rock features Cymphonique Miller as Kacey Simon, navigating the ups and downs of adolescence. Based on Meg Haston’s 2011 book, How to Rock Braces and Glasses, the show received a production order for 20 episodes, later expanded to 26, with 25 ultimately airing. Marking Alloy Entertainment's first foray into television, filming commenced in August 2011. Despite its initial promise, series showrunner David M. Israel announced on August 26, 2012, that it would not be renewed for a second season.
