A powerful thief hits a Queen Consolidated warehouse, prompting Barry Allen, a forensic scientist from Central City, to travel to Starling City for the investigation. Oliver, though he has a good rapport with Felicity, begins to wonder if there’s more to Barry than he appears. At the same time, Sin enlists Roy's help to look into the mysterious vanishing of a friend. Meanwhile, flashbacks reveal Oliver, Shado, and Sara working to get Slade to a submarine, hoping to use a serum to save him.
