Episode Overview

Following a near-fatal drug overdose, Oliver starts experiencing vivid hallucinations of people from his past. Feeling he’s become a danger to those around him, he decides to share what he knows about Cyrus Gold with Quentin, inadvertently leading to the deaths of several police officers. Meanwhile, Brother Blood seizes Roy and employs him as a guinea pig for his latest serum experiment. In a flashback to the island, Oliver is confronted by Ivo, who presents him with an agonizing decision to make.
