Episode Overview

In a series of flashbacks, Ruby and Mulan arrive in Oz and encounter Dorothy. Together, they witness the ominous return of Zelena, prompting them to seek a definitive way to stop her. However, Dorothy suddenly vanishes, leading Ruby on a quest that takes her to the Underworld. There, she reunites with Emma, Regina, and Snow to continue the search for Dorothy. Meanwhile, Snow and David grapple with their separation from their son, Neal, and come up with a strategy for one of them to break free from the Underworld.
