With Hades and Zelena back together, Hades expresses his desire for a life beyond the Underworld. He asks Zelena to heal his heart with True Love’s Kiss, enabling their escape while ensuring the heroes remain trapped for eternity. When Regina catches wind of this scheme, she turns to Cora for assistance in breaking Hades and Zelena apart. However, Cora discloses a family secret that could alter Regina and Zelena's futures dramatically. Meanwhile, David confronts his twin brother James, only to discover that James is hell-bent on avenging the life he believes David has stolen from him.
