Episode Overview

After a colleague leaves her workplace, Vanessa anticipates a promotion, but when that doesn't happen, she demands a better position and ends up getting fired. Faced with unemployment, she starts searching for a new job, while Mark worries he might have to live in his car if she doesn’t find something before their mortgage payment is due. Eventually, Vanessa lands a job as a waitress at a Chinese restaurant, but struggles with the role, even causing the cook to quit. Mark steps in, but it doesn't go well.
