Title: The Toys of Caliban Plot: An elderly couple lives in constant fear of their son, a child capable of manifesting anything from his imagination. To protect themselves, they carefully control his exposure to media, knowing that whatever he envisions can materialize. When he falls ill from overeating food he conjured, they take him to a hospital, attracting the attention of a concerned social worker unaware of the boy's extraordinary abilities. Tragedy strikes when the boy unknowingly causes his mother's death by summoning a heart from a magazine illustration. Later, as the social worker investigates, the boy resurrects his mother, who has been deceased for two weeks. In a desperate bid to protect his son from the authorities, the father instructs him to create an explosion, resulting in their tragic demise.
