Episode Overview
Amy is faced with the challenging choice of whether a woman with a brain injury is capable of being a mother. Meanwhile, Maxine uncovers that a teenage client is suffering abuse at the hands of his therapist. Leisha encounters Amy and feels her wrath for having pierced Lauren's ears without consent. Tensions rise as Vincent and Maxine disagree over his aspirations in journalism. In another twist, Amy tackles a group of arrogant law students during a seminar she’s been invited to teach at Yale. Donna, inspired by Amy, takes things too far by mirroring her mentor’s style at work. Lastly, Amy decides to close a case involving a drug dealer caught by a neighborhood watch dog, realizing it’s more of a bark than a real threat.
