Maxine successfully brings a couple back together with their abducted baby. Vincent feels hurt when Carole takes it upon herself to announce their relocation during a family dinner, stealing his moment to share the news on his terms. Meanwhile, Amy is furious with her brother's choice. When Donna discovers that Oscar has been granted an appeal, she struggles with the thought of delivering the divorce papers herself. Amy finds herself in a powerless position as she witnesses a mother, whose custody request she rejected, resort to extreme actions to voice her discontent with Amy’s ruling.
