Maxine and Kyle leverage their charisma to track down the administrator and secure funding needed to reopen Teen Harbor. Gillian's effort to get her painting teacher interested in Amy goes awry, leading Peter to act out in a caveman-like manner. Additionally, Amy clashes with Michael over the plans and budget for Lauren's upcoming birthday celebration.
