Episode Overview

Just two days before her wedding, Amy has to step in for a sick colleague and finds herself overseeing a serious felony murder case involving a 14-year-old boy. In a bold move, she decides to reverse the jury's decision. Meanwhile, Stu’s groomsmen are not pleased to discover they’ll be donning kilts instead of tuxedos for the ceremony. Kyle plans a surprise appearance by Vincent, but is caught off guard when he stumbles upon Vincent and Heather sharing a kiss. Amid the chaos, Amy forgets to arrange a substitute judge and finds herself signing multiple warrants for David. Maxine struggles to find an apartment, and the well-meaning efforts of a co-worker and Stu’s mother only complicate matters. As the wedding approaches, Amy’s nerves escalate into a panic attack, leading her to call off the wedding when she realizes she doesn't want to marry Stu. Later, Vincent reveals to Amy that Carole has left him for her oncologist.
