Episode Overview

Feeling unfulfilled in their daily routines, Grace and Russell opt for a mock date to shake things up. Meanwhile, Grace learns from her refinery colleagues that they’ve been transitioned to independent contractors, losing their benefits in the process. In response, the group organizes a protest, which ultimately doesn’t restore their benefits but does earn them complimentary coffee. On her fake date, Grace encounters Rob, an attractive man she initially views as a casual fling. However, upon meeting him, she finds him too intellectual for that purpose, leading them to simply share a coffee instead. Meanwhile, Wade and Nadine revisit their honeymoon lakeside cottage, but their time is consumed by fishing rather than romance.
