Episode Overview

While checking out the attractive women leaving the apartment across the courtyard, Joey meets his stunning new neighbor, Sara, a photographer. To his surprise, she takes the initiative and asks him out. After their enjoyable date, Joey mistakenly forgets to cancel his backup plan, leading to an awkward encounter when she arrives at the complex. Sara informs him that she’s fine with him dating other women, but she’ll also be seeing other men. Meanwhile, Eric returns home after a two-month absence, but tensions with Alex are high. They have a heartfelt conversation and agree to part ways.
