Episode Overview

As Eric relocates to an apartment just across the courtyard, Alex settles into Joey's room armed with binoculars to spy on him as he welcomes a new woman. Later that night, after Alex has turned in, Joey witnesses Eric sharing a kiss with her. On top of that, Joey is grappling with his own issues: despite being in an open relationship with Sara, he finds himself unable to date anyone else due to his strong feelings for her. In an attempt to provoke jealousy, he realizes Sara feels the same way, leading them both to agree to be exclusive.
