When Great Uncle Bulgaria's fountain pen runs dry, he sends Tomsk to visit Tobermary for a refill. Upon arrival, Tobermary enlists Tomsk's assistance in making the ink. However, in an attempt to speed up the process, Tomsk takes shortcuts, resulting in a chaotic mess throughout the burrow.
