Phil is thrilled when he receives an invitation to feature in a local real-estate news segment. His excitement grows when he meets his idol, Rainer Shine, the weatherman. However, a small blunder occurs when he introduces Rainer to Hayley. Meanwhile, at the Pritchett home, Jay aims to add some edge to Manny's college application video interview. Over at the Tucker-Pritchett residence, Lily is fed up with their new houseguest and takes decisive action to address the situation herself.
