Luke’s Halloween party falls short of his expectations and risks becoming the biggest flop of the year. Sensing the impending disaster, the rest of the Dunphy family steps in, realizing that what he really needs is a visit from Rod Skyhook, a bit of promotion, and some adult oversight to get things rolling. Meanwhile, at the Tucker-Pritchett household, Cam confronts his Halloween rival while Lily and Mitchell work to save him from embracing his darker instincts. Lastly, when Jay discovers Manny is headed to a party hosted by an old foe, he recruits him for a memorable trick.
