Episode Overview
The Zone is a desolate urban ruin, abandoned by law enforcement who believe it's simpler to let chaos reign. Canaan, a charismatic figure, is rallying his followers to seize the possessions they've been denied. Joe Dawson seeks MacLeod’s assistance after one of his men, who was spying on Canaan, is murdered. Accompanied by Charlie, MacLeod returns to his old stomping grounds and meets Asia, a dedicated nurse at the local clinic, who still believes in the area’s potential. When MacLeod learns that Canaan isn't an Immortal, Dawson is ready to walk away, but MacLeod, moved by the suffering around him, is determined to challenge Canaan. He inspires Asia and organizes a community meeting for those ready to reclaim their neighborhood. However, Asia's connection to Canaan puts her in danger, as she becomes a pawn in Canaan's plan to eliminate MacLeod.
