Episode Overview

To protect himself, small-time criminal Benny Carbassa, the Nathan Detroit of Immortality, hands MacLeod over to an elderly mobster intent on ending MacLeod's life. Meanwhile, Anne comes back, believing that MacLeod will eventually share his feelings when he’s ready, and she resolves not to pressure him. Flashbacks reveal MacLeod's initial encounter with Benny back in 1938 at the Coconut Lounge, a club run by two rival brothers both vying for the same torch singer's affection.
