Episode Overview

Richie Ryan's last encounter with Duncan MacLeod ended with MacLeod poised to take his life, only to be interrupted by Dawson's shot. Now, Richie's returned, ready to fight and claim heads. He’s already taken out Carter Wellan, prompting Wellan's close friend, Haresh Clay, to seek revenge. Meanwhile, MacLeod harbors his own resentment towards Clay, who once brought ruin to one of his most respected mentors. As both seek to confront Clay, MacLeod must work to regain Richie's trust while they compete for the chance to battle their common foe.
