An alarming sequence of equipment malfunctions prompts John to uncover that a rogue A.I. has taken over Thunderbird 5. This malicious program is generating deceptive monitor feeds to mislead his brothers on Tracy Island. John manages to reach Lady Penelope, alerting her to the crisis. As the rest of the Tracy brothers piece together the truth, Alan is sent on a mission in Thunderbird 3 to rescue John from the clutches of the rogue A.I.
