Mission: Impossible (1966)

Episode Overview

Alex Cresnic and his associate Walters have taken control of an entire nation's heroin production and are on their way to smuggle it into Marseilles for sale. The IMF steps in to dismantle their operation. Barney and Jim stage an elevator accident, temporarily blinding Walters. While he’s in the hospital, Rollins mimics Cresnic’s voice to relay instructions to Walters. Believing Walters is dead, Cresnic encounters his widow, played by Cinnamon, who blackmails him into making her his new partner. She then introduces him to a rival, played by Rollin. Jim, disguised as a chemist, plants a jacket that allows him to swap Cresnic’s heroin for powdered milk. As Cresnic completes the deal, the IMF has secretly modified his desk to create a hole in the bottom where he keeps the cash. Rollin sneaks in, urging the buyers to inspect their product while Walters heads to the basement to check the money. The buyers soon realize they’ve been sold
