Episode Overview
In Florida, the exiled general Neyron resides at his estate, having struck a deal with Syndicate operative Frank Layton. In exchange for a hefty sum of millions to fund his coup, Neyron agrees to grant Layton exclusive gambling rights in Surananka once he regains power. Rollin and Jim, posing as a wealthy financier and his assistant, attempt to buy out Layton's hotel, but Layton quickly realizes it's a ruse to distract Rollin from negotiating with Neyron. Meanwhile, Barney, Willy, and Cinnamon infiltrate Neyron's kitchen staff, using IMF tactics to convince him he has a condition that allows him to foresee the future. As a result, Neyron envisions his own assassination and mistakenly shoots Layton when he arrives to confront him.
