Episode Overview
On a mission in a country divided between Western and Communist influences, Cinnamon is captured after delivering crucial intel to her team. Undergoing torture, she remains resilient to everything except her fear of confined spaces. As intelligence officer Strom nears a breakthrough, Jim devises a plan to trade her for the valuable Eastern spy, Rudolf Kurtz. The IMF orchestrates a covert prison break, smuggling Kurtz past Western authorities and extracting information from him. They stage a “rescue” of Kurtz in the Eastern zone, where he divulges intel to Jim. During the trade, Strom shoots both Jim and Cinnamon, believing them dead, while Kurtz remains silent to safeguard his own life. However, Jim and Cinnamon, protected by bulletproof trenchcoats, successfully make their escape.
