Episode Overview

A king from the Middle East seeks to reclaim his throne, leading to a devious medical scheme. To thwart his ruthless brother, who has been responsible for much chaos, the king undergoes a surgical procedure that will make it appear as though he is selflessly donating a kidney to him. However, the true intention is to turn the tides and restore the rightful ruler to power while dealing with the treachery of his sibling.
