Mission: Impossible (1966)

Episode Overview

In the Middle East, Willy and Barney sneak into a chemical facility to obtain Dehominant-B, a fast-acting lethal gas. During the mission, Barney accidentally comes into contact with Dehominant-A while trying to access a computer system, leaving him incapacitated, while Willy manages to flee and Barney gets captured. Under interrogation, Barney learns he has only four hours to live. The team discovers that Dr. Jerry Carlin, a former student, is the only one capable of hacking the computer. When Carlin refuses to help, Jim and Paris manipulate his girlfriend, threatening her with jail to force his cooperation. Meanwhile, Dana creates a diversion, allowing Paris to impersonate the lead scientist, Vazan. They stage a false confession from Barney and simulate his death, getting him to the autopsy room just in time for Doug to revive him. Jim and Carlin then take the place of the accused technicians, and Carlin successfully sabotages the Dehominant and wipes the
