Episode Overview

Reese Dolan has become the East Coast's new heroin distributor for the Syndicate, operating out of a hidden island off northwest Africa. To thwart his plans, the IMF must track down his opium source and gather proof to bring him to justice. Dolan is backed by the mysterious Madame Renada, whom he has yet to meet. Jim and Barney trick him by taking him and his crew to a similar-looking island off Georgia, where Casey poses as Renada. When Dolan contacts his supplier in Istanbul, the IMF seizes the delivery plane. Although Dolan believes he’s set to convert the shipment into heroin, Hajii, his supplier, grows suspicious when his pilot goes missing and reaches out to Cleff, Dolan's distributor. Willy poses as a seller to Cleff, eventually revealing that Dolan still possesses the opium and leads Cleff to the fake island, just as Dolan realizes the opium is still in play.
