Episode Overview

Meifon teams up with her accomplices, Hyouko Yundou and Futaba Kirii, to pilfer more items from Veste while also raking in cash through gambling. Believing she can score big with bets, Meifon persuades Mirei to participate in a beauty pageant at the Mermaid Festival. On the festival day, Charlotte is crowned the winner, but Meifon suspects Hyouko and Futaba tampered with the ballots to flatter her. When Mirei and Mamori confront Hyouko and Futaba's decoys, Meifon channels her passion for money to transform into an Arm, ultimately defeating the real threat. With Hyouko and Futaba's deceit exposed, the pageant is canceled, and Meifon hands the prize to Mamori.
