In an effort to shift focus away from recent drama, Jackie organizes a FITNI field day. As a newcomer, Dr. Contessa faces the challenge of juggling her career and family life. The women rally around Jackie, eager to participate in her event, but the fun takes a turn when Heavenly and Toya stir up trouble. At the same time, Simone and Cecil decide to seek counseling, realizing that the strain in their marriage is beginning to affect their children.
