Meanwhile, Jackie grapples with the pressure of public opinion when a patient brings up her affair, while Toya's insecurities about infidelity begin to affect her bond with Eugene. As tensions rise in Atlanta, Simone attempts to plan a girls' retreat to New Orleans, only to discover that with this crew, "The Big Easy" is anything but simple.
