The team arrives in New York City, not just to compete, but also for an exciting surprise. Abby has received an invitation to co-host "The View," where the girls will showcase their triumphant dance, "The Last Text." However, Abby faces a tough choice about substituting the injured Mackenzie with newcomer Asia. Meanwhile, Cathy and her Candy Apples are in town as well, conducting open auditions to recruit another dancer for their successful team.
