S03E11 Ryan's Worst Nightmare
Episode Overview
The infamous teacher, known as the "Wicked Witch," Miss Hurst, is assigning one final grueling physics exam before her departure from the school. Tommy cancels his date with Lindsay to hit the books, prompting Ryan to step in and take her out instead. He ends up spending a good part of the night chatting with her on the phone, leaving him unprepared for the test. To avoid it, Ryan tricks Screech into believing it’s “National Fire Drill Day.” Chaos ensues when the sprinkler system activates, ruining the Homecoming floats in the gym. A new instructor, Mrs. Rumplemeyer, arrives and proves to be even more formidable than Miss Hurst. In an unexpected twist, it’s actually Mr. Belding in disguise, teaching Ryan a lesson. As Ryan scrambles to fix the floats, he turns down Lindsay's invitation to go out, knowing he needs to focus on studying.
