Episode Overview
The Angels visit the Monte Carlo, a bar owned by one of Tess's old assignments, for a Happy Hour. It’s there that Monica discovers Zoe, a girl she spotted in the park earlier, is her new assignment. Zoe is feeling lonely and heartbroken after her breakup with a great guy named Jeff. Her friends, Patty, Penny, and Maggie, are determined to lift her spirits and help her move on. The following day, Monica steps in for Patty, who has left her job to get married. As the day unfolds, Gloria comes in to repair the office computers, and Billy, a delivery guy, arrives with packages. He seems particularly interested in Zoe, although she's completely unaware of his feelings. After he leaves, the girls eagerly prepare for Happy Hour. At six, they rush to the ladies' room to freshen up, while Billy arrives with a treat for Zoe—apple strudel—but struggles to find her.
