After Rosco and Cletus decide to strike over Boss's refusal to grant them a pay increase, Uncle Jesse steps in as the new sheriff. With the situation escalating, Bo and Luke are appointed as deputies to assist in apprehending a duo of thieves who have made off with a stash of electronics. This scheme is yet another attempt by Boss to pin the blame on the Duke boys.
