Episode Overview
On March 6, 1836, Tony and Doug reach the Alamo just as Santa Ana's forces prepare to attack. They enter the fort, but Tony's warnings about their impending doom land him in custody under the obstinate Col. Travis. After a daring escape, Tony is recaptured by the Mexican army. Meanwhile, injured Doug manages to seize Capt. Reynerson, claiming he can foresee events. When Col. Travis meets his end during Tony's escape, Doug's predictions gain credibility. With the aid of the compassionate Dr. Armandez, Tony breaks free. The project team mistakenly brings back Col. Travis, who is shown footage of the battle and his own demise. Realizing the urgency, Travis decides to free Doug before the slaughter begins. As the defenders fall, Tony and Doug find each other, and with Armandez's help, they manage to rescue Reynerson's wife before their escape.
