In the concluding challenge, the six volunteers, who have been observing the journey of animals from farm to table, must prepare and cook some of the less conventional parts of the carcass. Renowned chef Peter Gorton guides them in turning offal and unusual organs into exquisite gourmet meals for their final dinner. They tackle everything from an entire head to testicles, heart to tongue, and gizzard to tail, ensuring that virtually every part of the animal is utilized and presented for the grand feast.
