Sherry and Steve, the booters, confront an angry man demanding the immediate removal of his boot. Meanwhile, Fatima is on the lookout for a new romantic interest during her ticketing shift, but she ends up attracting more unwanted attention than she bargained for. At the impound lot, Abdul encounters a desperate woman who needs her vehicle so her brother-in-law, who is a soldier, can return to his base in time for his deployment to Iraq.
