Episode Overview

While on his ticketing route, Brian encounters a double-parker as he attempts to rescue a hawk trapped in downtown Philadelphia. Meanwhile, seasoned tow truck driver Clarence confronts the challenges of his empathy as he prepares to tow a vehicle. In a frantic effort, Booters Steve and Sherry scramble to assist a man in settling his outstanding tickets before the tow truck arrives to take his car away.
