In the parking lot, John rushes to locate the impounded vehicle of a woman whose taxi meter keeps running. At the same time, Tiffany, known as "Swoop" for her sharp ticketing skills, demonstrates her methods. Meanwhile, Martin, the charming "ladies' man," is dispatched to tow a car that has collided with a gas pump.
