Episode Overview

Paul, nicknamed "Turtle" for his methodical approach to ticketing, reaches out to Supervisor Luz when he struggles to calm an irate citizen. Meanwhile, Steve and Sherry deal with a man who insists his car was booted due to someone else's unpaid tickets. It's date night at the Lot, and the charismatic Rudy finds his romantic plans derailed by unexpected interruptions, including a woman attempting to charm her way out of a parking fine.
